Almost every lover of jazz music knows what jam session is. This is a kind of informal meeting of famous musicians, on which they improvise the well-known melodies. Here there is an understanding of each note, it maintains its own atmosphere, and music that is spontaneously born and makes the goose bumps dance all over the body. What can be cooler?
DGF ICS has prepared something. Saturated four-day FOOD SESSION in our school is already at the start. August 14-17 is an event that will play loud notes, because Nasserdin Mendi himself will lead the confectionery orchestra. A person who knows everything about healthy desserts. He will raise your professional level even a step higher, we guarantee.
What is the essence of our improvisation? Very simple
On a four-day course, in addition to the program, Nasserdin will answer the tormenting questions in the field of healthy confectionery. That is, everyone can understand the closed under the seven locks idea and get the necessary recommendations. And only under the guidance of the best confectioner of France.
For whom is the course intended?
In jazz, only professionals. Improvised in it will be graduates of the practical course of II level, and also, we have two vacant places for those who have a GOOD base or for past-held confectioners.
So, the four-day practical course will consist from six blocks, wich will be shared in 2 groups (day and evening):
1. Theoretical material: types of healthy sugar, gluten-free flour types.
On the same day you will be able to discuss recipes for cooking eco-desserts, sugar-free sweets, gluten-free cakes and everything related to healthy eating in the confectionery. We advise everyone to have in stock one recipe for team review. And the top three will be realized on this master class led by Nasserdin Mendi. Therefore, in order to prepare the necessary ingredients, let us know in advance the variant of the recipe that you would like to discuss. We are waiting for your recipes untill 9 august. There will be a real FOOD SESSION.
